Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for our assistance program, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be an unmarried mother, whether biologically or as a legal guardian, responsible for at least one child under the age of 18.

Must be an active member/participant of Thrive Resource Hub.

Must be a Resident of Ramsey County.

You must possess a denial letter from the county indicating your ineligibility for government assistance.

You must be currently employed.

Your annual income must be at least $41,000 but not exceed $75,000. **This assistance program will be assessed based on an income-to-debt and dependent ratio.

Cannot have received financial assistance from Thrive Resource Hub in the past 12 months.
